Ordering and delivery

We believe that all our customers are as unique and special as our beds and for that reason we prefer to maintain a personal service from initial order to delivery.

Ordering

There are three ways to order a Feelgood eco bed:

1. Telephone us on 01392 811874 (Monday-Friday 8am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am - 12:30pm) and most of the time you'll be able to speak to a human being.

2. You can email us from our Contact page and use the online form.

3. You can print off our Order Form and send it to us in the post. Click here to download an Order Form

Terms
We require payment in full with your order and can accept payment by credit/debit card over the telephone or you can send a cheque with your completed Order Form. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card we will telephone you to arrange this.
Once processed, we will send you a receipt detailing your order and estimated delivery date. we will contact you 7 days before the actual delivery to arrange a precise date and time.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England and Wales using our own transport. The delivery cost includes delivery within England and Wales, assembly of the bed at the delivery address and the removal of all packing - see our Green Policy (points 4&5)

Delivery to Scotland, Ireland and overseas is by a well-established furniture delivery specialist at extra cost. Please ask for details.

You may arrange to collect your order from our workshops free of charge but we do not have showroom facilities and hence we are unable to allow visitors without prior arrangement. If you do wish to collect your new bed from us you will find it extremely easy to assemble and full instructions are provided.
