Where products are to be returned as unwanted we ask you to contact us to make the necessary arrangements. If the goods are returned for any other reason that being defective, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively we will collect the goods and reserve the right to charge you the direct cost of collection. -
