Ideal for the smaller bedroom with limited headroom. The Test is at home in a loft conversion with a sloping ceiling where the height of a headboard could be an issue. Simple design, low spacial impact, it is built to the same high standards as our other beds . Available in 90 cm, 120 cm, 135 cm, 150 cm and 180 cm widths. All solid wood construction and sourced from responsible timber merchants that have a proven record of providing sustainable wood.
This bed frame with the standard footboard can be made 100% glue free and in a bare wood finish, ideal for people with MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity) For further information please contact us.
We include all fittings necessary for assembly which should only take around 45 minutes.

The Test Handmade Wooden Bed

Made from solid wood, all certified.
No mdf.
No plywood.
Either very low or zero rated VOC wood stains.
We are able to make any of the beds to your own dimensions
Environmental Credentials. Great care is taken to ensure all our wood is provided by timber merchants who are certified. This means they have a policy of using wood that is sustainable and renewable. Many are members of the Woodland Trust. All the wood stains we use have a low or zero rated VOC content. We do everything possible to make sure our beds are as environmentally friendly as possible. Our green policy can be viewed at the bottom of this website.
